| 摘 要： | 二十世纪四十年代美国的西藏政策发生了历史性的变化。面对东西方冷战与中华人民共和国的建立,美国抛弃了百年来所认同的“西藏是中国领土一部分”的传统立场,力图利用西藏分裂势力阻挠中国新生政权的国家统一与发展进程,对日后几十年中美关系的发展产生了深远影响。

| Abstract: | The Tibet policy of U.S.A.changed historically in 1940s.In the face of the beginning of cold war between the east and the west and the founding of PRC,U.S.A.abandoned its traditional position that "Tibet is a part of the territory of China "and hard to use Tibet separatists to obstruct the unification of China.It exerted a far-reaching influence on the development of the Sino-American relations for next few decades. |
