摘    要:战略人力资源管理对组织绩效有至关重要的影响.本文基于“最佳实践”理论、匹配或权变理论、资源基础观理论、利益相关者理论和组织学习理论5种战略人力资源管理的基础理论,探讨战略人力资源管理与组织绩效的关系.为战略人力资源管理的发展提供理论思路,同时有助于深入理解战略人力资源管理与组织绩效之间的作用机制.

Abstract:Strategic human resource management have very important impact on organizational performance.The paper based on the best practices theory,contigency/fit theory,resource-based theory,stakeholder theory and organizational learning theory to analyse the connection between strategic human resource management and organizational performance,it contributes to understand the mechanism of the two deeply.
