| 摘 要： | 人本化教育趋势是新体育课程改革的重要特性,“健康第一,以学生为本”是体育教育人本化的本质体现。新体育课程与教学改革的实施从课程理念、体育课堂、教学内容、教学方法、学习方式、教师角色转变等方面都凸显了体育教育的人本化,反映了体育教育的新走向即人本化教育走向。
