| 摘 要： | 利用综合的研究方法和教学实践相结合,提出:高职院校体育课程的设置应立足本校现有的体育资源情况,从职业发展需要和学生的个性需求出发,采用“一至两项有特色的运动项目带其他副项”的课程设置模式,确实做到体育教学为职业服务,让学生真正掌握一至二项基本的运动技能和养成经常锻炼身体的习惯,为终身体育锻炼打下坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | According to synthetical Studies and teaching practice, Put forward:P.E.courses about higher vocational colleges should be offered under the existing P.E.resources;Should be put to use the curriculum setting pattern——"One or two characteristic sports items lead by the hand of secondany sports items",so as to cater to the needs of vocational development and the demands of students individual differences;P.E.teaching should service the vocations indeed,guide students mastering one or two basic skills at sports activities,let them really benefit from P.E.and form a habit of day-to-day physical training,then lay a steady foundation for lifelong physical training. |
