| 摘 要： | 教师个人素质对教育工作的开展具有非常重要的影响,随着我国素质教育工作的深化以及新课程改革的顺利推进,对教师个人素质也有着更为严格的要求,因此,加强培养教师个人素质,提升教师个人工作能力,是目前我国教育工作的主要内容和方向。本文就素质教育下中学体育教师素质的构建展开分析和论述,指出了教师素质的重要性,并提出了合理的提升建议,希望对于我国素质教育的发展起到一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | The personal qualities of teachers have a very important impact on the work of education,with the progress of the deepening of our education work as well as the new curriculum reform,the more stringent requirements on teachers ’personal qualities,therefore,strengthen the training of the teachers’ personal qualities,improve individual teachers the ability to work,which is the main content and direction of China’s education.This paper analyzes and discusses the quality of middle school PE teacher in the quality of education,pointed out the importance of the quality of teachers,and a reasonable upgrade proposals,hoping to play a certain reference for the development of quality education in our country. |
