| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆考核是高校图书馆管理的重要组成部分。高校图书馆人员构成的特殊性决定其考核管理的特殊性，结合高校图书馆的特点建立与其相适应的考核办法，细化考核标准，完善考核体系，才能不断推动高校图书馆事业的发展。
