| 摘 要： | 体育游戏是一项深受广大青少年喜爱的活动项目，是高校体育教材内容的重要组成部分．结合作者自身多年的体育课实践经验，围绕体育游戏课的准备、进行和讲评三个基本环节，就怎样上好高校的体育游戏课做了认真的分析和探讨．要上好体育游戏课就必须提高教师自身素质，在游戏课组织与教学上下大功夫，突出游戏课的特点．只有这样，才能真正使学生在轻松愉快的气氛中掌握体育知识、技能和技术，培养良好的思想品质，达到预期的教学效果。

| Abstract: | Sports games is a popular lesson for young people, it is an important part of PE lessons in the higher education. This article commented on three basic areas of sports games lesson preparation, game lesson conducting and teaching, combining with the author＇s own practical experience in PE teaching. The author believes that if one wants to improve the lesson quality, he should improve one~ own quality, make efforts on class organization and teaching to highlight the characteristics of the game class, only by this way can make students in a relaxed and happy atmosphere master sports knowledge, skills and technology, develop their thoughts and achieve the teaching aim. |
