| 摘 要： | 信息焦虑不仅严重影响用户信息利用效度,而且危害其身心健康。知识信息服务必须直面用户信息焦虑的真实存在,以多层次、不同产品形式的高质量服务帮助用户摆脱信息焦虑的困扰。本文首先介绍了信息焦虑的具体表现和诱因,然后依据布鲁克斯方程和用户信息利用的微观过程,揭示了信息焦虑的根源,在此基础上,探讨了以减少和消除信息焦虑为目的的知识信息服务的产品形式。
