| Abstract: | The article expounds the background of the appearance of complex online-libraries and describes their relations and differences among complex online-libraries, traditional libraries and digital libraries. Based on the discussion, the article draws a conclusion that construction of complex online-libraries on the basis of integrated system is the best practice to share and construct literature&information resources in the whole country with low cost. |
