| 摘 要： | 从调查和分析上海物流业人才存量与人才培育的现状入手,选取部分物流相关行(企)业进行典型分析,在此基础上进一步提出对上海物流业人才现状问题、紧缺性和瓶颈等方面的思考,认为上海物流业人才现状存在的主要问题表明上海市现代物流产业发展中最紧缺的是物流管理高级人才和技能型物流操作专门人才,上海现代物流业发展所面临的人才建设瓶颈主要是对物流人才的认识瓶颈、使用瓶颈和培养瓶颈。

| Abstract: | The present situation of the storage and training of the talents in Shanghai logistics industry is analyzed, with some models selected. Then some issues caused by the existing problems of the talents in Shanghai logistics industry, such as nature of shortage of the talents, obstructions of the talent (development), etc. are further considered.The shortage of management executives and technical specialists is the main problem concluded from the present situation,which shows that the obstructions of the talent development lie mainly in the evaluating,using and training of the logistics talents. |
