| 摘 要： | 藏族跑马射箭起源于青藏高原原始社会末期，至今有两千年以上的历史，其雏形－骑射形成约在吐蕃奴隶社会上升的历史阶段，发展于吐蕃王朝以武力扩张领土的一系列战争中。随着吐蕃王朝崩溃和奴隶平民起义的爆发，九世纪中期，骑射这一军事体育很快传入民间，逐渐扩大到青藏高原各地区，成为藏族在喜庆节日期间举行的跑马射箭表演及比赛活动。

| Abstract: | Tibetan horse arrow-shooting on running horse originated in Qinghai-tibet plateau during the last period of primitive society with a 2000-year history till now. Its embryonic form, namely,arrow-shooting on horse formed in the rising period of Tufan's slave society, and developed in the period of wars when Tufan dynasty annexed by force. As Tufan dynasty collapsed and slaves' rebellion broke out in the middle of 9th century, arrow-shooting on horse, the kind of military sport, became popular among masses very quickly. It spreaded to all over of Qinghai-tibetn plateau and became performance and race of arrow-shooting on running horses in Tibetan festivals. |
