| 摘 要： | 在借鉴我国研究生院评估指标体系中"研究生培养及质量" 指标的基础上,结合拔尖创新人才培养的标准和要求,以研究型大学为例,构建出了研究生拔尖创新人才培养绩效评价体系,借助层次分析法(AHP)确定各项指标的权重,形成了一套较为科学、有效的研究生培养绩效评价方法,为改善研究生培养活动提供依据.
