| 摘 要： | 全面、深入、系统地对高职院校学生进行职业指导，是当前实施素质教育的一项重要举措。职业指导旨在帮助学生了解自己、了解专业、了解社会。进而树立正确的择业、创业、就业观念。高职院校应对学生实行阶段性职业指导。一年级进行择业指导，二年级进行创业指导，三年级进行就业指导。

| Abstract: | It is a very important act for quality education to carry out all-sided deep and systematical vocational guide to the students in higher vocational colleges. Vocational guidance should focus on helping students to learn themsdves and their majors and society so as to let them have some correct ideas of job-hunting and career-creating, which should obey the following principles such as practical, staged and systematical. We had better guide students on how to choose jobs at the first year, how to create career at the second year and how to enter the society at the third year. |
