基于AWG的光信号处理器的设计

摘    要:在集成光波导器件阵列波导光栅的空间频域特性,即“分频成谱,合频成像”的频率特性基础上,运用频域综合法,在阵列波导光栅的频谱区引入不同的滤波函数,通过在阵列波导中部嵌入余弦振幅型光栅模片,设计出了光信号加减器;对中心阵列波导单元增加额外特定长度,从而引入π/2相位,设计出了相衬滤波器.

Abstract:In the paper, based on the arrayed-waveguide grating(AWG) which is made through integrated optical waveguide technologies and which possesses an essential spatial-frequency domain characteristics -- "composing frequency and generating image", when frequency synthetic method is used and deferent filter functions are introduced in the field of frequency spectrum of AWC~ through the central arrayed-waveguide grating mold embedded in the cosine amplitude-based film, optical signal add/minus is designed; Right center for additional units arrayed waveguide a certain length, and thus the introduction phase, phase foil filter is designed.
