| 摘 要： | 阐述了新的时代背景和多元文化的冲击下,以＂80后＂大学生为主体的大学生群体呈现出的新的思想特点。认为教育工作者应立足＂80后＂大学生新的思想特点,创新思想政治教育工作的理念,有针对性地提出思想政治教育工作的新举措,以增强高校大学生思想政治教育工作的实效。
