| 摘 要： | 技术消化已经成为由技术引进带动下的创新模式的最关键环节。从知识论的角度,分析缄默知识的性质,阐述技术消化的概念,并从存在于技术消化主客体中的缄默知识出发,对技术消化客体中隐含的缄默知识的障碍性作用和技术消化主体自身的缄默知识作用发挥两个方面进行初步探究。

| Abstract: | The technology assimilation has already become the most essential link of the innovation pattern based on the technology in- troduces,in the view of knowledge,this paper elaborately analyzes the characters of the tacit knowledge,the concept of the technology assimilation and initially inquired the barrier performance of the tacit knowledge concealing in the object of the technology assimilation and utilization of the tacit knowledge owed by the subject of the technology assimilation and so on. |
