| 摘 要： | 对昆明工业发展历程及特点、工业经济发展总量和水平及经济发展水平进行了横向比较；对工业发展中存在的产品结构、规划、竞争力、技术创新与环境资源等问题进行了深入分析。同时对昆明工业强市的发展建设提出了加大体制改革力度、优化工业发展环境、拓宽工业融资渠道、大力培育工业支柱产业、加快技术创新、优化工业布局及大力发展循环经济等策略性建议。

| Abstract: | The article compares the course and the character of industry stages, the growth gross and the level ot industrial economic with the level of economic development transversely, analyses the problems of product structure, programming, competitive power, technical innovation, environment and resource which exist in the course of industrial development deeply, and puts forward the strategy ideas on how to advance system reformation, optimize industrial environment, widen financing channels, bring up pillar industry, accelerate technical innovation, optimize industrial allocation and develop recurrence economy. |
