| 摘 要： | "嘉祐"是宋仁宗朝最后一个年号,在这段时间里经济发展、社会稳定、政治清明,被誉为"嘉祐之治".从官员、台省合作、君臣关系等方面论述了嘉祜朝良好的政局;从茶法、盐法等法规的变更考察了嘉祐朝稳健务实的改革;从而说明了"嘉祐之治"的成因.
