| 摘 要： | 对科技成果转化成熟度的内涵进行探讨,提出科技成果转化成熟度中应包含技术成熟度和商业成熟度两层含义,就技术成熟度评价和商业成熟度评价的国内外研究进展和形势进行分析,在此基础上,对现有科技成果转化成熟度评价研究进行综述,将其分为评价实践的初探和评价实践的逐步深入两个阶段。最后,对该领域未来发展趋势进行展望。

A Review on the Research Progressof S&T Achievements Transfer Readiness Assessment |

| Abstract: | The significance of transformation from S T achievements to actual productive forces has been stressed repeatedly by Wan Gang, the Minister of Science and Technology of the State. And the assessment of transfer readiness of S T achievements is a key link in the transformation process. Firstly, this article makes a discussion on the connotation of S T Achievements Transfer Readiness. It is put forward that there are two layers of meaning contained: Technology Readiness and Commercial Maturity. Then related studies of the evaluation on technology readiness and commercial maturity are analyzed respectively. On the basis of above research, a state of art on the S T achievements transfer readiness assessment is generalized. Finally, the future development trend of this field is prospected. |
