| 摘 要： | 高校上市公司(LCCU)作为科研、人才与市场的结合体,有利于创新驱动的发展。通过对文献的梳理,建立了LCCU创新能力与成长性的指标体系,利用39家LCCU在2011—2015年的指标数据,采用典型相关分析法研究其创新能力与成长性的关系。结果表明:LCCU的创新能力和成长性高度正相关,LCCU的创新投入和研发能力对公司成长性的影响更大;盈利、营运、发展能力能更强地解释LCCU的成长。研究将对高校上市公司的创新发展提供一定的理论指导。

The study on the relationship between the innovation ability and the growth of listed companies -Based on the typical correlation analysis |

| Abstract: | As a combination of research, talent and market, university listed companies play an important role in driving the strategy of innovation-driven development in China. By reference to relevant literature, this paper established the LCCU innovation ability and the growth of the indexzsystem of structure, Leon With 40 universities in the five years from 2011 to 2015 of listed company of innovation and growth index data, using Canonical correlation analysis, explore the relation between this type of corporate innovation capability and its growth. The results showed that:LCCU innovation and growth is highly relevant. Further analysis found that this type of listed company of innovation Into the, research and development ability compared with innovative consciousness and environment affect the growth of the company more; Profit, operating, and hair ability to show more debt paying ability, market expectations also can explain LCCU stronger growth. In this paper, the research conclusion will To the healthy development of listed companies of colleges and universities and the innovation ability of ascension to provide certain theoretical guidance, and at the same time. For the company management, market investment and stakeholders to provide certain reference value. |
