| 摘 要： | 高技术产业作为国家创新战略的"基石",其健康状态不容忽视。基于生态视角,从生存和发展两维度构建高技术产业创新生态系统健康性评价指标体系,运用突变级数法进行实证分析,并加入时间序列,纵向比较近些年我国高技术产业创新生态系统的健康状态。实证表明,我国高技术产业创新生态系统的健康水平整体偏低,且存在很大的提升空间。最后从提高科技创新与产出能力、加大技术获取与改造投入、构建开放式的良好创新环境三方面提出对策建议。

The Empirical Research of High-technology Innovation Ecosystem Health Based on Mutation Algorithm |

| Abstract: | High- technology industry as the cornerstone of national innovation strategy, the state of health can not be ignored. Based on the ecological perspective, the survival and development of the two dimensions to establish the health evaluation system of high-technology industry innovation ecosystem, using the catastrophe progression method of empirical analysis, and time series, longitudinal comparison of health state of innovation ecosystem in recent years on China''s high-technology industry innovation ecosystem, the empirical evidence shows that the innovation ecosystem of China''s high technology industry''s health overall is low, and there is much room for improvement. Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects of improving the ability of scientific and technological innovation and output, increasing the investment in technology acquisition and transformation, and building an open and good innovation environment. |
