| 摘 要： | PPP项目具有合同期漫长、利益相关者众多、社会影响大、复杂度高等特点,社会风险涌现的可能性和危害性都很大。在文献研究和案例统计分析的基础上,对PPP项目社会风险涌现机理进行解析,总结出风险因素、风险主体和场域是PPP项目社会风险涌现的三大影响因素并进行相关分析,最后结合具体案例进行详细阐述并给出相关对策建议。

The Analysis of Influencing Factors of the Emergence of Social Risks in PPP Projects |

| Abstract: | PPP projects have great likelihood and danger in social risks emerging due to their stakeholders, long contract period, huge social impact and high complexity, so the research on the emergence of social risks in the implementation process of PPP projects is particularly important. On the premise of reference literature and case analysis, this paper analyzes the emergence of social risks of PPP projects and summarizes that risk source, risk subject and filed are the influencing factors of the emergence of social risks in PPP projects. Finally this paper elaborates on these factors by reviewing the specific case and gives some suggestions. |
