Some Thoughts on National Defense Intellectual Property Rights |

| Abstract: | The concept of national defense intellectual property originated from the concern of national security, based on national defense science and technology industry system, and related to the weapons and equipment construction. National defense intellectual property rights are formed in the national defense science and technology industry system, and formed outside the national defense science and technology industry system but involving national security or weapon and equipment construction. China''s national defense intellectual property system has made great progress, while still facing constraints. Under the new situation, the development of national defense intellectual property should be closely integrated with the innovation of weapons and equipment as well as the construction of advanced national defense science and technology industry system with Chinese characteristics, and should promote the overall development through focusing on important tasks. |
