摘    要:新时期我国加快建设创新型国家,对创新型人才的需求量越来越大。当前我国不少科技企业的创新型人才管理仍相对落后,人才激励机制不足,影响了人才作用的发挥,严重限制着企业发展。通过对现阶段我国科技企业创新型人才管理机制研究,分析存在问题并提出相应改进策略,以期促进我国科技企业创新型人才管理水平提升。

A brief study on the management mechanism of innovative talents in technology enterprises.
Abstract:With the rapid development of economy, society and technology, the demand for innovative talents is increasing in China. The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China noted that making China a country of innovators could improve China"s overall economic strength and technological strength, which makes china be among the forefront of innovative countries. Therefore, the improvement of the management of innovative talents in science and technology enterprises is an important part of the future development of a country. The management of innovative talents in many technology enterprises is still relatively poor, and the talent incentive mechanism is insufficient. This affects the role of talents and severely restricts the development of enterprises. This article will focus on the existing problems of the innovative talent management mechanism of technology enterprises in China and proposes improvement suggestions to improve the current management of innovative talents in technology enterprises.
