| Abstract: | Different from the general subsidy after the financial funds, science and technology innovation vouchers is the first coupons for enterprises, and then to the government departments to cash, access to financial subsidies. S T innovation voucher has played an important role in improving the independent innovation capability of enterprises, strengthening the cooperation between enterprises and science and technology service institutions, and optimizing the innovation and entrepreneurship environment. Through the analysis of the implementation situation, characteristics, effectiveness and problems of the subsidy policy of subsidization after project for science technology innovation voucher in Guangdong, it is proposed to reduce the subsidy threshold, promote the investment in science and technology, increase the publicity and training, reduce the project audit and clarify the scope of use to promote the Guangdong province science and technology innovation voucher Subsidy policy is better implemented. |
