| 摘 要： | 产学研合作本质是异质性组织间合作,异质组织间的"弱连接"带来知识互补的合作优势,组织间知识的差异又必须通过组织间"强连接"合作网络才能弥补知识的鸿沟,产学研合作具备组织间"强连接"和"弱连接"二元网络特征。基于组织间二元网络的理论基础,运用理论模型、图论和案例方法分析产学研合作中二元网络结合和演变特征,分析不同阶段与之相适宜的治理机制。

A Theoretical and Empirical Study on the Type and Evolution of University-Industry Network base on Inter-organizational Dual Network Theory |

| Abstract: | University-industry cooperation is relationship between two different organizational type. Weak ties between University and industry bring heterogeneous knowledge together, but strong ties between University and Industry take action to implement new ideas and transfer sticky knowledge. The network between University and industry is inter-organizational dual network. In this article we apply theoretical analysis, graph theoretic approach and case study to analysis the dual network character between University and Industry cooperation to explain how the relationships build and evolve. |
