| 摘 要： | 随着互联网技术的成熟和社交媒体的介入,用户社区作为用户创新的载体是企业借助用户实现创新的新方法。在用户社区和用户创新相关文献基础上,论文对用户社区的产生与发展、类型及特点、参与者构成和参与过程及其对用户创新产生的影响进行归纳和总结,构建用户社区下的用户创新流程模型,并对未来研究方向进行展望。旨在从用户社区的视角将用户作为创新源,为企业创新提供新的思路和启示。

| Abstract: | With the maturity of Internet technology and the involvement of social media, the user community has entered the public vision as the carrier of user innovation, which has a far-reaching significance for enterprise to upgrade and innovate, it is a new way to cooperate with users. Based on the related literatures of user community and user innovation, this paper summarizes the generation and development of user community, the type and characteristics of user community, the participants and participation process of user community, in addition the impact of user community on user innovation. Finally, the user innovation process model under the user community is constructed, and the future research direction is forecasted. The aim is to provide new ideas and inspiration for the enterprise innovation from the perspective of user community. |
