| 摘 要： | 随着我国海洋强国战略的进一步推进,国家对涉海人才的社会需求日益迫切,而信息化的快速发展,使得海洋信息类人才更加重要。所以如何培养高素质、创新型、满足社会需求和市场需求的海洋信息类人才,是当前亟待解决的问题。通过对开设海洋科学专业的高校人才培养模式和广西区内海洋信息类人才培养情况进行综述,旨在为各高校提供海洋信息类人才培养可优化路径,为政策效应的最大化发挥提供理论借鉴和经验启示。

| Abstract: | With the further advancement of the marine power strategy,China’s social demand for marine talents has become increasingly urgent,and the rapid development of informatization has made maritime information talents even more important.Therefore,how to cultivate high-quality and innovative marine information talents that can meet the social and market needs is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.This paper reviews the talent training models of marine science majors of different colleges and universities and the training situation of marine information talents in Guangxi Province,hoping to provide the optimized training path of marine information talents for colleges and universities,and provide theoretical reference and empirical enlightenment for the maximization of policy effect. |
