| 摘 要： | 为提高住院医师规范化培训的质量,探索以指南为基础的教学模式在住院医师规范化培训中的应用,总结感染性疾病科在住院医师规范化培训中,开展以临床指南为基础的临床教学经验。基于指南的临床教学,建设规范化及同质化的师资团队;通过规范化、系统化及高质量的临床教学,加强住培学员对理论知识的掌握,提升住培学员的临床思维能力和科研意识;结合临床实践加深对指南的理解,激发住培医师的主动性和创造力;在教师点评及学员反馈中进一步优化教学模式。在住院医师规范化培训中,基于指南的临床教学有助于培养高质量的住院医师。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the standardized training of residents in infectious diseases department,and develops clinical teaching experience based on clinical guidelines.Through standardized,systematic and highquality clinical teaching,this paper strengthens the residents’mastery of theoretical knowledge and improves the residents’clinical thinking ability and scientific research consciousness.Combined with clinical practice,we should deepen our understanding of the guidelines,stimulate the initiative and creativity of residents,and further optimize the teaching mode in teachers’comments and students’feedback.In the standardized training of residents,guidelines-based clinical teaching is helpful to cultivating high-quality residents. |
