| 摘 要： | 网络思想政治教育是高职院校大学生思想政治教育的重要组成部分,"易班"平台的推广,为高职院校大学生网络思想政治教育提供了崭新的平台。基于SWTO分析法对"易班"平台下高职院校提升大学生思想政治教育质量进行分析,根据分析结果提出针对性策略:充分发挥"易班"的优势,打造高职院校"易班"红色网络阵地;努力克服"易班"的劣势,提升高职院校"易班"网络育人质量;抓住"易班"发展的机遇,完善高职院校"易班"共建体系;挑战"易班"外界和内部威胁,打造高职院校校本化"易班"特色品牌。
