| 摘 要： | 为了调查各高校本科医学师资教学现状,分析存在教学问题,提高师资水平、改善教学质量提供依据及合理建议,以西南地区不同院校医学专业151名教师为研究对象,采用调查问卷对医学教育改革中的师资能力进行调查研究。最终回收有效问卷149份,81.93%的教师认为主要问题来自授课方式缺乏创新;43.37%的教师认为临床经验不足;33.73%的教师认为缺乏授课经验;72.29%的教师认为教学与临床联系不紧密。教学师资水平是影响医学教学质量的关键因素,提升师资能力是优化医学教育质量及培养合格临床应用型医学人才的有效保障。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the current teaching situation of undergraduate medical teachers in colleges and universities,analyze the existing teaching problems,and provide basis and reasonable suggestions for improving the level of teachers and teaching quality,this paper takes 151 medical teachers from different colleges and universities in Southwest China as the research object,and uses the questionnaire to investigate the ability of teachers in the reform of medical education.The result shows that 81.93%of teachers believe that the main problem is the lack of innovation in teaching methods;43.37%of the teachers think that the clinical experience is insufficient;33.73%of teachers think they lack teaching experience;72.29%of teachers think that teaching is not closely related to clinical practice.The level of teachers is the key factor affecting the quality of medical teaching,so improving the ability of teachers is an effective guarantee to optimize the quality of medical education and cultivate qualified clinical application-oriented medical talents. |
