| 摘 要： | 工商管理人才是市场经济发展中需要的重要人才之一,但目前很多本科高校培养的工商管理人才不适合市场的需求,究其原因是学生的能力不符合企业要求。针对目前工商管理专业在核心能力培养上存在着有效性不足的情况,选取核心能力因子,通过问卷的形式对36家企业的高层管理人员、人力资源主管进行调查,采用因子分析方法确定核心能力的权重,构建了能力培养视角下工商管理专业的实践教学体系、核心课程群、实践教学师资队伍,提出要加强实践教学综合环境的建设和建立科学的实践教学监督及效果评价体系。

| Abstract: | The talents of business administration are needed in the development of market economy.But at present,the talents of business administration trained by many undergraduate colleges and universities are not suitable for the needs of the market.The reason is that the students’ability does not meet the requirements of enterprises.In view of the current lack of effectiveness in the cultivation of core competence in business administration major,we selected the core competence factors.Through the questionnaire survey,we investigated the senior managers and human resource directors of 36 companies.Factor analysis method was adopted to determine the weight of core competencies,thus constructing the practice teaching system,the core course group,and the practice teaching team of business administration major from the perspective of ability training.This paper proposes to strengthen the comprehensive environment construction of practice teaching and establish a scientific practice teaching supervision and effect evaluation system. |
