| 摘 要： | 城市治理体系和治理能力现代化建设对城市管理专业人才培养提出了新标准和高要求,这意味着城市管理专业要以习近平总书记城市治理理念为根本依循,通过专业课程建设,在思维上实现以借鉴西方经验为主转向构建中国话语体系,在价值观上从关注物的环境转向以人民为中心,在认识论上从简化割裂的现代工程思维转向整体性综合性的系统观念,在工具观上从单一的手段创新转向手段、模式、理念的全方位创新,推动城市管理专业课程建设实现高质量发展。

| Abstract: | The modernization of urban governance system and governance capacity has put forward new standards and high requirements for the training of urban management professionals,which means that the urban management major should take the urban governance concept proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping as the fundamental principle.Through professional course construction,we should draw on western experience to build a Chinese discourse system in terms of thinking,changing from the environment-focused concept to the peoplecentered view in values,changing from the modern engineering thinking of simplification and fragmentation to the holistic and comprehensive system concept in epistemology,changing from a single method of innovation to the all-round innovation of methods,models,and concepts from the perspective of tools to promotes the construction of urban management professional courses to achieve high-quality development. |
