摘    要:“针灸学”是中医学、中西医结合临床医学专业必修考试课程之一,属于临床课程,是床边教学的课程之一。目前“针灸学”课程床边教学存在医教协同不足、临床教师教学能力不足两大问题。针对问题进行教学改革探索:在大教研室概念下,进一步推进校本教师重新参与床边课程教学,规范教学内容保证教学同质化,定期大教研室教研活动,设计并分享基于临床问题的多种学习方法病案库,从教学理念、教学设计、教学方法等方面带动和促进临床教师教学能力提升,以达到“针灸学”课程床边教学医教协同、提升教育能力的目的。

Abstract:The course of Acupuncture and Moxibustion is one of the compulsory examination courses for clinical medicine majors of traditional Chinese medicine and integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the authors’university,which belongs to clinical course and is one of the courses for bedside teaching.At present,there are two major problems in bedside teaching of the course:lack of cooperation between medicine and education,and lack of teaching ability of clinical teachers.According to the problems,teaching reform is explored.Under the concept of big teaching and research section,school-based teachers are further promoted to participate in bedside course teaching,teaching content is standardized to ensure teaching homogeneity,the teaching and research activities are regularly carried out,and a medical record bank of multiple learning methods based on clinical questions is designed and shared.Clinical teachers’teaching ability is promoted from the aspects of teaching concept,teaching design and teaching methods,in order to achieve the cooperation of medicine and education in the bedside teaching of the course and improve the education ability.
