| 摘 要： | 高校党政工作有其自身的特点和规律，只有以“三个代表”重要思想为指导，用发展着的马克思主义指导新的实践，才能在高校党委的统一领导下不断提高党政工作的质量和水平，在越来越宽的党政工作领域中，为教学、科研做好保驾护航的工作。
