| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和实地调查法，梳理了河北省竞技篮球发展的历史，分析了河北省竞技篮球发展的现状。结果表明：河北省竞技篮球发展整体处于低谷，篮球职业化水平较低，后备人才流失严重，教练员执教水平不高，缺乏高等级裁判员。并从政策、竞赛制度、运动员培养和输送、教练员和裁判员培养等方面提出了发展建议。 |
