| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料调研、问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法，总结了近些年来国内、外对运动员体能的研究成果和现状。研究表明，运动员的体能系统是由身体形态、生理机能和运动素质三方面的众多因素相互交错，相互作用构成的。提出了运动员体能与专项体能的新观点，同时，时运动员体能的相关概念、专项体能特征与体能水平评定进行了研究。

| Abstract: | By using the method of literature,questionnaire investigation,expert interview,this paper summarizes the research achievement and current condition of physical ability of athletes at home and abroad.The result shows that athlete's physical ability system is made of physique,physiological function and physical ability,which interrelate and interact each other,put forwards new opinion of physical ability and specific physical ability of athletes.At same time,relative concept of physical ability,specific physical ability characteristics and evaluation are studied. |
