评积极心理健康教育体系

摘    要:积极心理健康教育是由孟万金教授创立的新型心理健康教育模式,它是一种旨在以积极和发展为取向,有目的、有计划地增进人们心理健康的理论和实践体系。该模式是对以往心理健康教育的批判与发展,开创了心理健康教育的新局面,成为当代我国具有重要影响的心理健康教育新流派,可以视为心理健康教育的里程碑。本文综述近年来积极心理健康教育的研究成果,以了解积极心理健康教育的基本思想,把握其发展过程,并对未来心理健康教育的发展前景进行探讨。

Abstract:Positive mental health education, which is a new mode of mental health education created by Prof Meng Wanjin, is a theoretical and practical system targeted at people's positive development and the purposeful, planned improvement of their mental health. The mode, which has developed old relevant theories, created a new situation in mental health education, and become a new, influential school of thought in mental health education in China, can be viewed as a limestone in mental health education. This article sunmarizes the recent research results of positive mental health education in expectation of a good tmderstanding of its basic ideas and its evolution, and probes into the future development of mental health education.
