上海市宝山区随班就读学生教育方案制定与实施情况调查报告

摘    要:采用《随班就读学生教育方案制定与实施情况调查问卷》对上海市宝山区72名小学5年级、初中9年级随班就读学生教育方案的制定、实施、存在的困难以及所需的支持四个部分进行调查。研究表明:(1)上海市宝山区随班就读学生的鉴定工作还有待改进;(2)教育方案的制定、实施与评价仍需完善;(3)随班就读学生的学科课程设置、学科课程内容以及学科课程掌握情况并不理想;(4)加强课堂个别辅导和加强课外个别辅导是两种促进随班就读学生发展的教育教学策略;(5)教学内容太难、教师没有时间个别辅导以及评价标准的不适合是存在的最主要的困难,加强专业人员支持是最希望得到的帮助。建议:以客观、准确、科学、全面、慎重的原则做好随班就读学生的鉴定工作;加强对个别化教育计划制定与实施的管理,并完善对个别化教育计划实施成效的评价;加大专业人员支持。

Abstract:This study is intended to explore the educational program formulation and implementation for disabled students learning in regular classes, as well as the existing problems and the support needed, by using the Questionnaire on the Investigation into the Educational Program Formulation and Implementation for Disabled Students learning in Regular Classes to investigate into a total of 72 fifth-year primary school students and third-year junior high school students learning in regular classes in Baoshan District, Shanghai. The results show the following: (1) The appraisal of the students learning in regular classes in Baoshan District, Shanghai remains to be improved. (2) The formulation, implementation and appraisal of the educational program for disabled students learning in regular classes are to be consummated. (3) The devising of the curriculum for these students, the specific courses offered, and the students' grasp of the courses are unsatisfying. (4) Strengthening both classroom and extracurricular tutoring of the individual is a teaching strategy which helps to promote the development of these students. (5) The major difficulties at present are too difficult teaching materials, no time for individualized tutoring, and an inappropriate criterion for appraisal; the support from professionals is urgently needed. In con- clusion, the article gives suggestions as follows: appraising these students objectively, accurately, scientifically, completely, and prudently; strengthening the management of the individualized educational program formulation and implementation, consummating the appraisal of the results of the individualized educational program imple- mentation, and increasing the support from professionals.
