| 摘 要： | 大学教师教学力是一个涉及到教师的性格、意志、生活经验、社会关系、价值观、态度与信仰等要素的综合而复杂的概念，是教师在改造教学活动和实施教学过程中一切关系和各要素相互作用的总和。教学力是由教学动力、教师影响力、教学能力、学术研究能力和教学创新能力构成，具有方向性、协同性、个体性、专业性和层次性等特点，教学力各要素之间不是孤立存在的，而是互相联系、相互促进、相互制约、并动态协同发展。

| Abstract: | University teachers'teaching power is a comprehensive concept involving teachers'personality, willpower,life experience and social relations,values and belief.It is the integration of all relations and components in teachers'teaching activities and performing process.It is composed of teachers'motivation, influence,teaching capabilities,academic research ability and innovation ability.It is characterized by direc-tion,coordination,individual,profession and hierarchy.The factors of teaching power do not exist in isola-tion,but relate,promote,restrain each other,and develop in a dynamic and coordinated way. |
