| 摘 要： | 专业社会工作介入社区建设早已成为解决社区问题的迫切需求,然而实际社会工作存在着去专业化的倾向,对于传统的社区工作方式存在着严重的路径依赖。该文重点探讨如何摆脱这种路径依赖下的"锁定"状态,以实现专业社会工作介入社区建设的路径创新,从而为专业社会工作理念和方法更好融入城市社区建设、实现社会服务和社会管理的良性发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | Professional social work intervening in the community construction has already become the urgent needs to solve community problems,however,the actual social work exists de-professionalization tendency,for the traditional community work mode,exists serious path dependence. In this article,how to get rid of this kind of ＂locked＂ state in path dependence is discussed to achieve path innovation of professional social work intervening in the community construction,thereby provide some useful references for professional principle and method of social work integrated urban community construction,for the benign development of social services and social management. |
