| 摘 要： | 当前我国正处于社会转型时期，高校学生工作面临新的挑战和任务；因此，培养具有时代精神和创新精神的学生干部队伍，是当前高校学生工作的关键和保障。本文分析了新时期高校学生工作面临的社会背景和学生干部队伍存在的问题，有针对性地提出了高校学生干部队伍建设的策略。

| Abstract: | At present as our society is in a transformation period, college student management is facing new challenges and tasks. Training student leaders with innovation and the spirit of the times is crucial to and will guarantee student management. This paper analyzes the social background of college student management together with some problems existing in student leaders and also provides some strategies for building student leadership in universities and colleges. |
