合成氧杂环化合物的双环化反应研究

摘    要:以呋喃和吡喃为代表的氧杂环骨架存在于Puupehedione、Peniphenone A、Virgatoldes B等活性分子中,具有抗癌、抗溃疡、抗氧化等多样的生物活性。通过分子内和分子间双环化反应来构建氧杂环骨架得到了充分研究。归纳总结已有文献的优缺点,将为探寻新的氧杂环合成方法指明方向。

Abstract:The oxygen heterocyclic skeleton represented by furan and pyran exists in active molecules such as Puupehedione,Peniphenone A and Virgatoldes B,which has various biological activities such as anti-cancer,anti-ulcer,and anti-oxidation.The construction of oxygen heterocyclic skeleton by intra-and intermolecular bicyclization reactions has been fully studied.Summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing literatures will point out the direction for exploring new synthetic methods of oxygen heterocycles.
