| 摘 要： | 爱情是人类最美好的情感。美国作家沃勒在他的小说《廊桥遗梦》和续书《梦系廊桥》中,对于爱情的赞美、推崇以及对传统价值中的“爱情”与“责任”的凸显,让读者认识到在文学创作中如何实现理想的爱情、现实的生活、爱情的理想三个层面上的辩证统一。

| Abstract: | The author holds that love is a fine sensibility of human beings,and also a permanent theme in life.In his blockbuster bestseller the Bridges of Madison County,James Waller puts forward two problems-love and responsibility,which reveal three paradoxical ideas in literature creation.They are prefect love,practical life and ideal of love. |
