| 摘 要： | 儿童的闲暇时间被功利心态作祟的社会剥夺，爱玩的天性被各种课业取代，创造与创新的机会被压抑，本应协调发展的身心教育处于失衡状态，儿童教育迫切需要反思和改革，发展儿童智力教育的同时实施休闲教育不失为一种良策。文章为探析儿童休闲体育必要性，以现今儿童教育中的休闲教育缺失为切入点，对儿童身心发展失衡现象定性分析，结合文献参阅阐述了儿童休闲体育的教育意义，分析了制约儿童休闲体育的教育缺陷，得出了儿童休闲体育的教育措施。

| Abstract: | Children＇s leisure time is deprived by the utility-oriented society. Their natural instinct of play is destroyed by mass homework. Their creativity and innovation ability is constrained. The mental and physical education is imbalance. Therefore, children＇s education needs reconsideration and reform. Implementing leisure sports education while developing children＇s intellectual education is a sound strategy. In order to analyze the necessity of leisure sports education of children, based on the lack of leisure sports education of children, the paper made qualitative analysis on the imbalance, discussed the meaning and analyzed the defect of leisure sports education of children, as well as offered some measures to the leisure sports education of children according to references. |
