自由泳转身阶段的生物力学研究

摘    要:基于对自由泳转身阶段的游进、转身、触壁、蹬离及滑行部分的生物力学研究成果,综述提炼了游进速度、触壁时间、蹬离角度、蹬壁力量、蹬离速度及潜泳距离等关键参数。提出对游泳转身技术的生物力学研究应充分结合其他学科的研究成果,利用运动学和动力学测量技术对个体转身技术进行生物力学模拟,寻求探索优化的动作技术。

Abstract:This study sum up the achievements during diffierent phases in the flip turn such as swimming-in,rotation, wall contact, push-off and glide according to the sports biomechanics methods. Variables of freestyle turn technique like swim-in velocity, wall contact time, angles, force of push-off, velocity of push-off, the glide distance etc-could be optimized. The further study should make full use of other fields' achievements and combine with superior equipment measurement skills to simulate turn technique obtaining the best turn performance.
