跑鞋能量特性的理论探讨

摘    要:通过人在跑步中鞋的能量特性分析,得出如下结论:在跑速一定的情况下,鞋子越重,人体所消耗的能量就越多;在跑步中,鞋子水平方向的运动使人体消耗的附加能量比鞋子垂直方向运动要多得多;在受力大小一样的情况下,软鞋子内储存的弹性能比硬质鞋子内储存的弹性能要多;鞋子的弹性能能否被人体运动所利用则要考虑时间效应、频率效应和位置效应等几个因素。

Abstract:The greater the weight of the running shoes, the more the energy the athlete should spend when the running speed is constant. In running, the runner spends more additional energy in the horizontal direction than in the vertical direction of the running shoes. When the ground reaction force is constant, there is much elastic energy that kept in the soft shoes than in the stiff shoes. Several factors such as the time, the frequency and location should be considered whether the elastic energy storing in the shoes could be utilized when the body moves.
