| Abstract: | This article is about the protection of writing rights.The library gleans plenty of local lit- eratures,in which have a lot of contemporary author's opuses,so it becomes an important question on how to deal with the writing rights.In order to make the contribution normal,this article points out that we ought to have a treaty between the library and the contributor. |
