| 摘 要： | 通过教学实验法，对体育舞蹈教学方法进行探讨。实验组采用分解教学法、口令提示法、照镜直观法、念动法和多媒体教学手段进行教学。教学实验收到良好的效果，说明此种教学方法有利于学生较快地掌握教学内容。

| Abstract: | This article studies artsport teaching methods through experimental teaching. Decomposition,countersign,mirror looking,cognitive thinking and multi-media are applied in the teaching of the experimental group. It proved to be effective and good for the students' (command) of the teaching contents. |
