| 摘 要： | 当前联合办学概念模糊，采用文献分析法，阐释联合办学的定义和内涵，明晰校际联合办学的概念。根据我国高校联合办学发展历程和不同时期的发展特点，我国高校联合办学发展分成动员期、拓展期和稳固期三个阶段。当前我国高校联合办学实践过程中，在管理上遇到组织设计、教学管理、学籍管理、资源共享和成本收益分配五个问题。未来校际联合办学的发展趋向是：深化完善当前联合项目，拓展联合办学新领域。
